whenever I pass the mouse over the E-mule Tray Icon it shows the download at 0.50KB/s


In this picture time I was downloading at ~20KB/s





The upload rate is correct the download doesn’t

Opps, I think it has something to do with the language selected,


After I choose English the bug disappeared :huh:
