eMule can download it automatically (just did it myself). Go to the preferences in eMule. Under "general" you'll find a language box. Select "Nederlands". If you don't have the dutch translation, eMule will ask if you want to download it.

I'd like to help updating and improving the Dutch language translation because...well...i found some pretty strange and useless translations, not all things are translated yet AND the language file is not updated to eMule 0.43b :)

Some examples:
- "Downloading" is translated as "Ontvangsten". While this is an exact and totally correct Dutch translation, it looks weird. Every Dutch nerd, and even the normal folks know what downloads or downloading is, and the word "Downloading" or in Dutch-ish "Downloads" or "Downloaden", looks a lot better then "Ontvangsten", so why translate it?
- Same goes for "Uploading", leave it or change it to "Uploads" or "Uploaden".
The words "Downloaden" and "Uploaden" are even mentioned in THE Dutch online dictionary: Downloaden Uploaden
-Go to "Preferences / Display" ("Voorkeuren / Toon" in Dutch):
The original option is called "Display" and it is translated with "Toon".
"Toon" is not the best choice of words, "Weergave" would be a much better translation as it describes more clearly what sort of settings can be found here and it is used in most Dutch software for these kinds of settings, so more people will recognize the option.

Overall, I think the English to Dutch translation is too exact, most words are translated correctly, but it has a kind of online-translator-feeling to it.

Interested in my help? send me an e-mail or PM me ;)

The column 'Last seen complete' is translated as 'Laatste complete deel'.
That's not the same.

'Laatste Complete Deel' would be in English 'Last complete part'.

A good translation of 'Last seen complete' would be: 'Voor het laatst compleet gezien'. Or, if that's too long: 'Recent compleet gezien'.

Thank you.

Damn your sharp... :D...

Ahh well I'll stick with the english edition. The dutch translation sometimes causes the statistics and preferences buttons to fall "outside" of the screen when I launch eMule from the tray.

Well I prefer the English version as well, but if you include a Dutch user interface, then at least make it a good translated one :D

Well... if you got some sort of list what needs to be done (probably have to go through the entire .rc file), I could spare some time and have a look at it. Can't find anything incorrect, but for some odd choice of words.

***EDIT***
the rc file doesn't seem to be on the supposed location, getting an error when I try to download it...
