How Can I Redirect The Ports To My Local Ip? when checking the ports a message saying: incorrect test icp shows up

I have read I must redirect the required ports to my local IP but the thing is that I have not idea of how to get it done.

My router is a sogemcom cs 5001; when getting into the control panel I access to the port forwarding screen but once I am in there I can not work it out.

I have read I need to open the ports TCP 53963 and UDP 20208 but I can not do it.

I would appreciate if somebody could give me a hand.
