No KAD, All servers dead... tried everything. Tried everything suggested her already.
All options correct.
Latest version, just downloaded. TCP UPD tests successful. Allowed through firewall, both private and public.
Tried just about every node and server address suggested here...

NOTHING works. eMule will not connect to anything.

Anything else I can try...?

same problem, moved to shareaza, strongly suggest also for you, where u can find ed2k files via shareaza.

only downside is shareaza doesn't support ed2k kad so you miss out about 1/3 of content and peers

at least the nodes.dat import from emule security should work in all scenarios. you could even download it yourself and move the file into the config folder of emule.
also give emule some time to change the colours from yellow, but at that point its already working.


import from emules works also with low id.

shareaza tends to get banned quickly and could miss sources...

I download version v0.50a and installed it ,i found it can't connect the server,so i un-installed it, i found there's another version,the comunity version v0.70b,i installed it ,this version is workable, it can connect to some server, and copy the e2dk file to it, i can download the file now, don't forget to cancel the speed limit, otherwise the download speed is low.

I inject few TBs of data on ED2K/KAD per week, its not dead but its crawling due to folks who haven't properly setup connection to obtain HighID (some even can't because of backward thinking of SomeSupport). Just keep sharing and they will come as my ratio is like for every 1MB downloaded 1PB uploaded by now.
