I haven't used eMule in many yrs now, but, I am floored that it hasn't been updated since 2010!🤨😕😟😒🤯 & this newer community version, is it really a beta version? If so, how safe is that to use? I've always known that beta versions of any software can seriously f*** up your system!😕😟😒 So, why hasn't the eMule team made any newer versions in 14 yrs.?

Old ones have lost of interest and they're busy with real life. There are no new devs.
About community build, it's also open source. Test it please and report the bugs you found.

Community versions are perfectly stable, they are not beta.
The difference is that they are not made by the original devs, but you can trust the great work of Fox88.
Community version are also x64 and they have a better handling of modern internet connections and faster computers.
You can trust them ;)

Ok, I meant no disrespect to him, but the page where I read about the new versions said it was a beta version, & I know alot about computers, & have always been warned to avoid beta versions of progs, unless testing them on a secondary computer, in case it crashes tour main system is all. & I only have but 1 computer.😕😒

Ok. Well, I didn't know the reasons why, but, many software creators are always making their stuff new & better, or creating new stuff. & I didn't & wouldn't know about their personal lives. & the other guy said the new version is 64 bit, yet, it says it is 32, & is in the x86 folder for progs in my Win 8.1 computer, & my Win iis 64 bit. So, I'm confused a tad.🤔🤨😒

Ok thanks. Why isn't it hosted on eMule's main site like the 32 bit one is?🤔🧐
