Sort of related (AFAIK they used to have ed2k links!) but btdigg dotorg is back online at btdig dot com and

It is like btjunkie in that it only indexes metadata, and with a difference: it crawls dht torrents, not centralized trackers.

I really miss the web indexers/search engine that emule used to link to from their search interface. They were great for finding very rare files. (filedonkey etc...)
