[0.70a] Emulecollection Files Not Opened

Hi,

I see in eMule v0.70a emulecollection files cannot be opened.
If I open an emulecollection eMule lights up in taskbar as it perform actions, but nothing happens: no crashes, no errors, no messages, no logs.

I tried both a file from taken from KAD and once generated by v0.70a, same behaviour.

Can someone check it? It is only a mine issue?

Bug confirmed (here).
Will be solved in next version by fox88.
