Many thanks einstein1969new.
I'll edit the script and attach it to a second profile, do some testing and let you know if it works on my machine.
Ciao e grazie!

Hi,

I see that in some EDK2 servers there is a discrepancy in obfuscation status between servers list and server status at menu at right.

In the first says the server is NOT obfuscated, in the latter the opposite.

@fox88: I sent you a MP with details

Thanks in advance

Another thing that happened to me twice in a month is the collapse of the upload to zero.

Until I restart emule it remains at zero.

I have the tick on both upload and download.

Upload use half of the bandwidth because of the disk.

I opened a bug report, they advised me to put the checkmark there too but I already have it.

It's frustrating, I think that in the meantime I have to regress to 0.60.

I wait for the developer to respond to me, then I regress.

I changed it in point 2. Do I also have to change to 1?

You could try disabling upnp and forwarding the ports manually on the router (putting a reserved static local ip to the laptop with emule). Maybe this solve the problem.

I tried to put the fixed ports but the upload still gets stuck. It must be somewhere else. Basically it only happens to me so it's not really an emule bug, or it's related to some particular configuration of mine.

I think I've found the cause, I'll update the information in the "bugs reports" section

Is it possible to provide some way to stop those clients with an invalid ID/hash from connecting?
Thanks

Apparently I'm not allowed to post neither an image nor a link,
but the Client Details show:

Hash: 00000000000E000000000000000006F00
Identification: Invalid

Why?
Secure identification is optional, and this hash value is legal.

Hello fox88 -
does that hash have a special meaning? It just means he's not using secure Identification?

Seems like it's importance is open to interpretation, the MorphXT mod
had an option to disallow such clients (controlled by a setting).

I like MorphXT since I'm mostly an uploader and it gives you many options. The problem is that it doesn't like
the 60d client and all those clients are stopped as invalid.

I like 70a but I would like an option to stop such clients as mentioned

From wiki.amule.org/wiki/Secure_User_Identification
The identification process

The following describes how two clients supporting SUI identify each other. If the identification fails, the client which detects the failure should ban the other client.

It doesn't just happen to you.
For me, after a few minutes in the uploads section the entries go from black to gray and the data exchange drops to almost zero.
Never happened with previous versions of the program
