This is not right, even if you see no problems.
Too high upload chokes the network connection; so correct upload limit is very important.
USS does not work with today's equipment.
Download limit was mostly optional, though it should be used to prevent disk system overload and non-resposive GUI.
With reasonably fast HDD probably 100 Mbit/s connection should do without download limit.

So far no bad effects have been spotted; but please report if you see any.
Currently there are no Failed in my server list (29).
Possibly, misconfiguration on server side causes Verbose log messages and incorrect obfuscation indication.
Even Sharing devils have such issues.

Servers are reasked once in a while; no quick changes in the list should be expected.
Downloaded server.met usually has no server flags; it takes time to update data in the list.

Could you put in the Window label instead of "BETA" something like "b4" as in this case?

It's more easily identifiable in this way.

Executable has no "beta" number.
Build number could be seen in file properties or by hovering mouse over the file in explorer.

Let me guess.
This is not 0.70a beta, but your own variant.
Shared files were moved in explorer or TC (that is ouside of eMule), then Reload was pressed.
One shared file was not found by ID twice: in the upload thread and in the main thread.
Presumably the file was gone.

Odd things are expected to happen when shared files are managed with other programs while eMule is running.
The situation was handled, lines in the log is not a problem.

The previous crash fix had to be revisited.
Upload SpeedSense becomes 'not recommended', the corresponding branch in the Extended page is collapsed if the option was disabled.

Please verify the fixes and report any found bugs.

About Upload SpeedSense (USS)
Maybe this feature is still good for telephone line modem or ADSL, but this needs to be verified.
Another point, USS activates automatically in case of zero capacity.
Hence initial default capacity was set at 100 KB/s with appropriate limits.

Use USS only if it definitely works well for you.
Otherwise, set the upload limit at or below 80% of the true connection capacity and avoid overloading.

Unfortunately but expectedly, nobody reads these issues.
Bugs in old versions and old betas are mostly stale.
Some "issues" are support questions and should be resolved in the forum or by reading Docs and guides.

In beta 5, when trying to change the amount of Hard Limit or Max. connections puts in Max. connections the same number as my UDP port and does not allow it to be modified. It's the first time it happens to me.

edit: I have observed that the same thing also happens when modifying the upload limit or any modification in the options.
