Wrong place to look; the records are in System log.

I must be working too hard... :wacko:
No issue on system log either, except a recurring ID 10016 (DCOM access issue) and an ID 15 on restart (TPM issue):

- <Event xmlns="h_ttp://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events/event">
- <System>
  <Provider Name="TPM" Guid="{1b6b0772-251b-4d42-917d-faca166bc059}" />
  <EventID>15</EventID>
  <Version>0</Version>
  <Level>2</Level>
  <Task>0</Task>
  <Opcode>0</Opcode>
  <Keywords>0x8000000000000000</Keywords>
  <TimeCreated SystemTime="2024-11-03T22:57:15.4233138Z" />
  <EventRecordID>108832</EventRecordID>
  <Correlation />
  <Execution ProcessID="4" ThreadID="720" />
  <Channel>System</Channel>
  <Computer>My PC</Computer>
  <Security UserID="S-1-5-18" />
  </System>
- <EventData>
  <Data Name="locationCode">0x1c0004f3</Data>
  <Data Name="Data">3221225524</Data>
  </EventData>
  </Event>

Ah... also usual reset IDs on restart, 41 & 6008.

So 20 and 60 you were writing before - was about uploads, not downloads.

Yup! :thumbup:

More questions:
Have you run chkdsk, dism and sfc at least after the crash? Sometimes things get broken for seemingly no reason.

All clear.

Do you run eMule elevated (as Administrator)?

Yes.

Cheers!

Microsoft has got something to say about events 41 and 6008, you might try to see if any revealing information could be extracted about crashes.
There are no good reasons to run eMule elevated; and configuration directory should not be in Program Files.
To prevent power surges or loss, UPS should be used.
Resource usage (handles) could be checked in Process Explorer, for me the numbers are in 350-700 range and there are no leaks (no steady growth over time).
As a user mode application eMule cannot crash OS; buggy drivers used to be the reason.
Maybe you should update BIOS and hardware drivers to the current (2024) versions.
This is about all that could be done with the available data and without eMule crash dumps.

TYSM for advices. I'm sorry I couldn't help you, but if later you've got something in your mind and you want to do some testing, you just have to ask. ;)

Cheers!
