I deleted and reinstalled the eMule. By the way, only some of the files in the shared directory appear on the Shared Files tab. Also, if the file is found on the Search tab, even though it is in the shared directory, the known information is displayed as downloaded (downloaded but moved or deleted)

You deleted what? Version of Windows and versions of eMule are unknown, configuration not specified.
Please make reports in such a way that bugs (if there were any) could be reproduced.
