Is There A Thread Telling Me How To Know Why Cannot Emule Connect To A

I've tried the official emule version and many other emule mod versions. None of them could connect to any servers nor the KAD network. I know the problem must come with my network ISP blocking or something. How could I solve the problems? Is there any solution threads already?

I'm using windows10. And emule version tried many, even the newest version.

Do you have an updated server list?Have you enabled port forwarding and configured your firewall, like it says on the help file?
