Port Test Fails can't get TCP ports to pass test

I had been using emule on Windows 10 with a low ID. All of a sudden it stopped working. Could not get any servers. I uninstalled and downloaded emule again
but still cant get the TCP post test to pass. My router is an Arris TG2492LG-LIB. I opened the ports that showed up on the install wizard on the router and port test still fails.Am I doing anything wrong?
