Configuration Emule Avec Livebox 4 Test des ports "failed"

Bonjour à tous,

J'ai chargé emule aujourd'hui. J'ai une livebox 4 Impossible d'ouvrir les ports TCP et UDP Le test me revient toujours négatif avec la mention :
"Starting TCP connection test...
TCP test failed! UDP test will not be performed."

Que faire ?
