Creating File Completion Thread Failed - Erroneous Files

Hello... I'm using the community version .60c, and there are some files that are giving me the aforementioned error...

From the log:

8/14/2021 12:44:26 AM: Creating file completion thread failed
8/14/2021 2:02:43 AM: Creating file completion thread failed
8/14/2021 2:21:50 AM: Creating file completion thread failed

And there is no related message before this... previous message are from other files.

Any idea what could be causing this? I've plenty of space on the disk so it's not a disk full problem... Disk is somewhat new, and just started using it for emule about a week ago... so it's relatively new with low-usage before that.

This error is about Windows being unable to create a thread (subprocess), and it fails before accessing the file(s).
Hence it should be something about the OS, not about the disk space.
Maybe you need to see if there are errors in the system's Event log, and check/repair Windows using DISM and SFC utitilities.
