So I've searched some files using "Search" in emule 0.50a. On the filelist all of them has availability value 1 (so I assume one person has the file and can share it) but when I start downloading it's all red and has 0 sources. Why it showed 1 on the filelist, but when downloading it is 0? I turned off IP filters. Files with availability of 2 or more downloads normally. But those with 1 does not. Should I wait some time or this file will never download?

That should be in the client details, 1 means an available source (I think), its not guaranteed that this source is reachable or
that you can immediadly download it.

Check in your server log/verbose if your IP filter is blocking any sites, as your client may be reporting the server found a reference during the search but when you go to download it, it is blocked.
Not every server and remote client is truthful or has your best interests at heart. Make sure your IP Filter is up to date.
Of course the other party may not be reachable at the very minute and be sharing the file when you request it.
Such is the nature of file sharing with complete strangers across the globe.Sometimes you have to wait for weeks, sometimes months, and sometimes you just have to reconsider if you really, truly, needed that file after all.

Also, make sure your ports are open.

Closed ports give you a LowID condition which slows how fast you advance through the queue.

KAD can be inconsistent compared to other filesharing protocols, especially for files with only one source.

behavior can be much like a torrent with one seed who is only sometimes on.
