Tools - Open Incoming Folder: Not Working

When I click
tools - open incoming folder
Nothing happens.

I set the folder = C:\Downloads\eMule\Incoming in Options.
And I can see the downloaded files in it.
When I click
Shared Files - one of the incoming files - right click - open folder
Still nothing happens.

Versions:
Windows 10 64-bit
eMule v0.51d
Please help. Thanks.

This tool simply starts a new Windows Explorer process.
Probably Windows installation needs a fix.
Usually DISM and SFC tools are tried first.
