I have discovered when Im connected through a proxy or VPN I cannot download anything from servers that do not allow obfuscation..
My ISP is blocking p2p protocol, and in a long list of servers only 2 allow obfuscation..
I need someone to explain to me how all of this works because the image is not clear to me..

Basically, Using a VPN/proxy I can do whatever I want because im hidden , except this,
So why am I not able to connect to most servers like any regular IP address??

My other problem is that I am always firewalled too, which I believe causes limits to my potential connections..

try the emule security server with KAD. I made the experience that sharing devils 1 and grupots doenst work for me and my emule isnt even uploading. after i connect to emule security, the uplaods are starting after 1-2 minutes.

I also dont trust nearly all other remaining (after tvunderground and the edonkey closed) server in the server list. There are servers, which are coming and going, arent available or have a bad discription^^

Alright .. non of you understand me correctly...
I just want to UNDERSTAND why do most servers do not allow proxies/vpns

The VPNs Im using do not have the option to specify which ports I need open, most VPNs are like that..
-----
I would also like to add that I also always have LowID when connected with a VPN/proxy... even though i forwarded ports correctly

servers allow vpns.

your vpn doesnt support port opening but u have forwarded your ports correctly?
i dont think so...when its correctly u have no low id.

what is your vpn provider?

and dont use the proxy inside of emule.

um.. I think I misjudged then.. because only the servers that allowed obfuscation i was able to connect to.. but now i realized i was able to connect to a couple of servers that do not allow it..
...
The VPNs im using are hotspot shield, Speedify, Windscribe..
