Tcp Udp Port problems

I just bought a laptop windows 10, installed Emule and cannot connect, done a test of the ports and the TCP test failed.
Anyone has a solution please?

I have the same issue. I have resinstall Emule to kill a ransomware. Since it, it's impossible to reach a High Id. My TCP test failed. I test different ports configuration (UPnP, or manual) with Firewall and router modification.
Someone can help us?
