When does it happen? When trying to add a file to Transfers? When a file is being completed? Does it happen always or only sometimes? Make sure the state of your disk is okay and also that you have enough free space.

Looks like for any reason eMule can't move the rename or move the temporary file to the Incoming folder.

1) If you restart the PC and reopen eMule when that happens the file is completed and moved to the Incoming folder properly?
2) Does it happen with all files or only with some?
3) Paste us the directories you're using in Options > Directories for Temp and Incoming.
4) Is the Incoming directory in an external disk? Sometimes it's needed to run eMule as administrator. Go to the eMule installation directory, do right click to the emule.exe and open Properties, in the Compatibility tab tick Run this program as administrator, click OK and restart eMule.
5) Try the follow: In Transfers, do right click to the file you have problems with and open Details. Go to the Name tab and you'll see the full name of the file on the bottom. Change the name to make it shorter, removing all symbols and spaces, but keeping the extension of the file. Then click OK and restart eMule. Did it help?
6) There are antivirus that scan files in real time and that can cause issues if eMule is trying to rename and moving the completed file at the same time another program is the temporary file is in use. Make sure this isn't the case.
7) If none of the previous steps helped, try setting a new Incoming Files directory in Options > Directories for testing, such as C:\eMule\Incoming. Set it in your eMule and create the folders in C:\. Then, restart eMule and check if the stucked downloads are finally completed correctly.

Changing the Incoming Directory seems to have cleared it up...I don't know why but it works now. Thank you.
