Hi

I have this D-Link DWR-953 AC750 4G Modem. I already port forward some ports on it too (Virtual Server):

Have the same port number in emule's options; But I don't get any High ID in emule. Always its Low ID.

What should I do? Any help?

The modem operates as a router too. If this wasn't, you wouldn't need port forwarding.
Check if you "Modem" has a public IPv4. If you don't have one (this case happens often in the cellphone network), High ID is not possible because you are behind a great NAT-Router (Named CG-NAT, Carrie Grade NAT). It is like a huge router in a company without port forwarding.

Two remarks first.
1. It is not advisable to post public IPs. Though in this case it happened to be not really public.
2. The standard notation uses dots, not dashes: 100.121.81.146

"100" address range is for CG-NAT (100.64.* - 100.127.*), and port forwarding in your modem would not help.

What now?

Hard to tell.
As registered, 102.72.0.0 - 102.75.255.255 range belongs to Rabat_4G_MarocTelecom
There are still doubts that forwarding would be possible.

You could check if UPnP could forward ports. For that, remove virtual server rules, enable UPnP in the router and in eMule.
And make sure that protection software allows eMule to receive incoming connections.

No, UPnP couldn't forward ports. It says:

"TCP test failed! UDP test will not be performed.".

It seems I have no luck with this 4G ISP.

Hope soon the new version of emule came out & solve this.

Thank u for your help.

The new Version of eMule can't even fix this, because it is not possible to forward ports behind CG-NAT.

Currently I'm using a VPN (Seed4me), But even when I connect to it, It won't gives me high id too. But it has multiple servers (more than 50). How should I know which one of those VPN servers, support port forwarding?!

My experience with P2P on mobile is, that both ISP i had, didnt support port forwarding. For me in Germany it was O2 and Congster (uses the net from Telekom). My Cable ISP now is Unitymedia in Germany, they have these network, where it is impossible with port forwarding too.

I had nearly a year TorGuard for VPN, but then it doenst work anymore with high id or positive NAT Test with torrent. After i read a lot and tried some other, the only working VPN Service for me is AirVPN. Cheap, own Software, good performance and easy port forwarding. Even i could do it after some time :D

I doubt there is a mobile ISP that supports port forwarding in germany, dont know for other countries. Maybe out of EU?
