HI!

I'm having problems to get a HI ID, problems to open the TCP/UDP ports in my Arris router (Firewall - Virtual Servers / Port Fowarding). When I run the DOS commando "ipconfig" it shows an IPv4 address, but when I test them on eMule "Options - Connection / Test ports" the page shows me a different IP, which I cannot configure in my router. My OS is WIN10 64 bits with Bitdefender antivirus and 50 Mbps (tested OK in Speedtest). What can I do?

Thank you all in advance.
FeOl (Sorry for my English)

Port forwarding redirects port from the router to the local IP of your coumputer. Port test page shows your public IP.
Make sure that your forwarding address is the address of your computer, and port number is correct.

Thanks for your reply, fox88.

This are my configurations: ipconfig, router & eMule. I think they are all congruent but I still have low ID. I hope that with this information you all can't hack me :D

Well, I was trying to share with you an image but I just can't figure out how to do it. This is the path of the image on my laptop, hope you can see it.

You could go to portforward.com, find there a guide for your (or similar) model of router, and carefully check the settings.
Do not try to buy a forwarding application.
