Once again I got a confirmation how the emule network, that works slowly (well slowly, with the today connections, it is pretty speedy) but it is effective.

File added for download on the 17.09.2017 , downloaded today. Less than a year of waiting. Sure, for someone that wants the file immediately it could be a lot of time (but then one could say), but for me it is not especially if the file is not retrievable in any other way.
>>>Feature Request (ICS) or SOTN, EmuleCollectionV2 >>> Emule on old hardware (intel pentium 2 or 3 - via c3 - and so on) with good OS settings and enough ram (256+ mb): great >>>user of: eMule - Xtreme - ZZUL bastard - SharX - SharkX 1.8b5 pierQR - ZZUL-Tra - ZZUL-Tra-TL - kMule - Beba

Emule is a diesel kind of P2P application but if you have some sources you never wait one year ! ;) A matter of hours generally.

I have also files with no alternative in the list. Last month a source was found for 1 day, but i got just 50% of one file... I think the guy had some other rare files, so his queue was full and he wasnt fast. Since then, i never saw him again...

I get the ed2ks links from a database, the chance that alternatives arent listet are under 1%^^ They list even the raw files without the fansub subtitle. on some files i added the same content, just from an other group. The bittorrent system isnt possible with such old stuff.

As long as you find a ed2k source (kad helps a lot!), theres often no other chance to get it anymore. the groups are disbanded ect... On top, a lot of clients have high speed or at least over 50kilobyte/sec per peer.
