Why not use code names so there is not a direct link between the file content and your real name to avoid legal problems?

They identify the uploaders by their IP-addresses and not by the names of the client.

1> How to conceal file content is beyond the use of eMule which focuses in file sharing, not what is being shared...
2> As we distinguish files with hashes, the file content doesn't relate to filename that much...

I was referring to the name of the files, not the name of the users.
A movie could be split into 10 files with random names, so anyone who had all the parties could see it. The intention is not to have all the parts but to be scattered in the cloud.
