Since Ive been having troubles with my emule portforwarding blocks. Ive reached to using an alternative without port forwarding. p2p. As I recall it doesnt require portfordwarding. I came to using that when I discovered emule. Back when I used to use kazaa and such it didnt require such options. If I remember correctly. Loving its ed2k options I tried using shareaza to which back in the day wasnt really all that good but it was the best one that had the most complete options. I like options. But now when I try to install it. I cant. It blocks its .dll registers. Stating I need to install the lastest microsoft retributuation which I did and I think I had anyway but it blocked the .dll. Fearing it would mess up my windows uninstalled everything and gave up. Having gone to similar issues in the past and having messed up my pc. Im in no mood to mess up my pc and my current file sharing needs aint worth it. After having gone through a list of file sharing articles and Ive gotten tired of reading it and would like to know experts suggestions on what is the best ones to use and help on installing them if needed. One of the ones I read and have tried to consider using is bittorents. Everybody uses them but I never have and once I read in an article that the best onces are private unknown sites that offer great seeders I threw in the towel. I dont know any private torrent sites and I dont know where to begin or which softwares to use. Unluckily I never went down the bit torrent path mostly as I recall because it isnt secure, like emule is/ was? So I ask for advice on my p2p options.
