Lost Ability To Connect To Ed2K

I am new here but been using emule for years.
My name is Peter and I come from Poland.
My problem is that since couple of days I have not been able to connect to any of eD2K servers.
My ports are open ( emule test passed), I have static IP and till that time everything have been fine.
The only think related that came to my mind is new instalation of Eset anivirus. I removed it from the system but did not help. I also messed up a little in advanced options rising the number of new & half open connections. But came back to low values but did not help either.
I have no problems with KAD always high ID.
My server list is up to date showing 9 working servers.
Any idea?

Are you using ipfilters?
What's the sermer message in the server log?
If it says that your ip ends with 0, you need to reboot your router.
How many shared files (number of files)?

ottenere id alto impostare le porte nel router
recuperare file corrotti i filtri ip

Hi Xololee,
log said: server seems to be switched off.
Verbose log says Error 10061: Can not connect destination computer refused to connect or Failed to connect to server 91.200.42.47; Error 10060
Yes I am using ipfilter. I switched it off but did not help.
Number of shared files 972
I am using win 10 and turned off defender and win firewall without any result.
I did reboot my router just in case and did not change a thing.

go to edk.peerates.net site
click on edonkey server list icon
click on download list in emule
Go to your emule client and check if the list has been downloaded

Maybe it is just a coincidence because I refreshed server list many times before without result.
Maybe deleting helped?

What can help pass the connection test? According to this, the issue is with the firewall or router. I don't use either. I successfully used the same portable eMule 2 years ago on the same PC in another installation of the same Windows XP.
