Hi all,

I have installed eMule in my Mac Book Pro. I have used Wine to install the Windows .exe version.
Everything seems to work okay. My router ports are open, checked and running ok.
I have updated the servers with a trust source updated in 2017, but I am not able to connect to any of them. The red ed2k and Kad aren't working...
I am wondering if it might be caused by any kind of mac's version of Firewall that avoid the software to connect to those servers.

Have any of you ever gotten eMule to work well in MacOs?
This is my eternal fight... aMule is too complicated to me, reading their stuff is like other language impossible to understand for my limited knowledge on computing.

Please help!!
Thank you

Check the colors of the two diagonal arrows on the tiny globe in emule status bar.
If both are green, no problem.
If both are yellow, router or firewall aren't correctly set, or your ISP doesn't give you a real public IP.
If both are red, like above (the firewall probably block every incoming and outgoing connections, or your connection is down).
INCONCEIVABLE! - You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.
