so, i'm getting lowid. usually i only use upnp, also upnp is enabled in router config
my router : Arris TG862A

and made the test :

after first lowid i tried restart router (with 2 attempts : unplug from energy and restart from config)
and lowid again
after this i tried other apps with upnp like : generic security camera , torrent app and they worked good
after all this test in my windows 10 i tried another attemp in my laptop, again lowid but other apps with upnp works good

so my first attemp was dmz config :

and then set ip in my pc and laptop

other apps : works
emule : lowid again
udp/tcp test failed

so i put manyally the ports in rotuer config :

http://www.lascarica...borrar%29/7.JPG

again other apps works
emule : lowid with tcp/udp test failed
proof of other apps :

so : upnp not working
tried in another pc
upnp is enabled in router
made a router restart
open ports manually and dmz

somy next attempt was a factory reset in router
again same results, low id

so, i was thinking in my isp, so after using my Neighbour wifi, (me and him with same isp : claro colombia) i got highid
only using upnp and he have the same router

so, what can i do next?
my downloads are so slowly

oh also, i dont have internet problems.
using emule 0.50a
only using ed2k://|server|176.103.48.36|4184|/ (tv undergound) as my favorite server, but tested with emule security ed2k://|server|213.152.168.189|8593|/ and edonkey server ed2k://|server|176.103.56.135|2442|/ and other 5 servers and all with low id
tested with 3 differents server.met,
emule obfuscation disabled but tried with enabled but same situation, lowid
winwdows firewall disabled
using bitdefender free, no firewall
emule is muy only software that used ports and upnp
only have 1 pc and my laptop is always off

so, what can i do?

It should have been port forwarding, not triggering.
Also it would be useful to know what was reported for UPnP results in the Log pane.

router doesn' have forwarding option, thats why virtual server, dhcp and other settings like this : Posted Image

but again, was working with upnp last week, in my neighbour with same router and same isp. works whith triggering and virtual server with dmz, fixed dhcp clientes etc.

is this the log pane?

Virtual server is a usual name for port forwarding page.
eMule does not use port triggering, and it would be hard to tell what router would do with weird configurations.

There is no need to enter values into computer's IPv4 settings for a fixed DHCP client; just use automatic options.

UPnP reported success and so it should be working, but avoid mixing it with manual forwading.

Your ISP uses CG-NAT, the WAN IP your router shows it's an internal IP range (100.XXX.XXX.XXX). You haven't a public IP (you have a shared IP) so you can't open any port. Contact your Internet provider and ask them if it's possible to get a public IP: there's no other way.

You have to set 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 or 192.168.1.1

I also had a problem with low ID for a long time and I could finally fix it. It was completely unrelated to port and firewall settings. The reason was eMule's IP filter settings. I had some old filter file (probably still from the early 2000s). When I updated it, I got a high ID for both eD2K and Kad, and all port tests turned out positive (which they didn't before). Updating the filter list is simple, just follow these steps:

- In eMule, go to Options --> Security --> IP filter
- Change the URL to download filter settings from to something up to date, e.g. http://upd.emule-sec...rg/ipfilter.zip
- Klick Load

That's it. You may have to restart eMule and/or reconnect to eD2K / Kad for it to work. This di the trick for me. Good luck!
