What I don't understand is why the official shop http://shop.emule-project.net links to the fake profiles of eMule on social networks that are owned by that fake version.

Mhm, didn't notice before. Doesn't show up in all versions. I'll try to get it fixed. As for the reason, it's probably because the company which offers the shirt platform tried to improve the shop a bit and didn't realize they linked to fake profiles/stuff.
