I have poor vision!!! I am trying to change my email. I get a "captcha" thingy showing. No matter what I enter I get a captcha error. I even put my glasses up to the screen to try and read it, no dice! ERROR!!! No, I'm not color blind!

Help out the old, blind guy! I don't have X-Ray eyes!!!!

Have you made sure to type in the captcha case sensitive?

I must admit those colours don't make it easy (even for those who have a quite good sight).

Some tips/hints/tricks about captcha:

• You can use the browser zoom capabilities.
  
  • Press and hold (keep it pressed) the CTRL (key on your keyboard), then rotate forward (or backward) the mouse wheel (aka scroll wheel).
    
  • Press and hold (keep it pressed) the CTRL (key on your keyboard), then press the + (plus, key on your keyboard) to zoom in or the - (minus, key on your keyboard) to zoom out.
    
  • In the view menu, zoom, there are zoom in, zoom out, or predefined zoom values.
• After you increased the zoom, click the link under the captcha, Can't make it out? Click here to generate a new image, until you get a better image.
  
• Don't forget there's also windows magnifying glass...
  
• Another possibility: make a screenshot of the captcha and send it to someone who can read it for you (in a reasonable time: few minutes).
  
• You should write the letters in their case status (upper case/majuscule/majuscular/capitalised or lower case/minuscule/minuscular/uncapitalised), like said by Some Support

OK, absolutely positive I entered the correct characters "That CAPTCHA input did not match the CAPTCHA image." I run across Captcha all the time and have NEVER came close to this kind of problem.

Yes, I entered the correct case and yes I magnified the image to it's max. It don't work!!!!!

Looks like it was the Firefox browser. I've run into stupid issues with Firefox over the past 3 or so years every once in a while. Had an issue with Yahoo also with Firefox. Entire pages were completely different from IE/Chrome and Firefox. Pages were also different on the Dell site between IE/Firefox and Chrome. Nowadays you gotta have 3 browsers available, one or two to check the third.

Too low number!
Once I have used all my 8 browsers and only the last one worked (LunaScape).
The "windows 10 media creation tool" webpage on Microsoft.com wasn't displayed at all (it was blank - July 16th 2016).

By the way, it is really difficult: I had to try at least three times to change email and other three to put the old one.
And yet I'm not sure about the method that worked: "hit enter in the captcha entry" or "click the save button"?

I'm no police detective or CIA/FBI anti terrorist analyst but sounds to me like somebody needs to change something somewhere! Just a suggestion!
