Stulle*

I just observed that Stulle is not anymore active on the forum. Did he announce that he has stopped developing his mods?

Latest message two years ago, latest active two months ago.
Maybe he's just working hard in his real life...
By the way, I agree it would be nice if he sends a message!

Hey guys,

I am still around reading a couple of times a week. Unfortunately, I have not done any eMule coding for years. Work is quite challenging in many regards and I still got some other personal side projects which basically take up all my time.

So, I think the correct answer is: I have postponed any further development indefinitely. I would still like to get around to do some work but it might be another couple of years until I actually manage.

Anyhow, if there is anything urgent, just be sure to address me personally and I will probably get around to answer.

Regards,
Stulle

No, there will not be a new version of my mods. No, I do not want your PM. No, I am certain, use the board and quit sending PMs. No, I am not kidding, there will not be a new version of my mods just because of YOU asking for it!

With lack of activity with the official client, most modders lost interest in working on eMule as well.

That is true to some extent but in this particular case it is really not a primary issue. I just got my plate full as it is and need to focus on other more important, personal matters.

Life goes faster than we think :angelnot:
I wonder what modders (xman, zz, Stulle, leuk_he) are doing now. Still coding for other projects or busy with real life.
I see David time to time, he is doing some small programs for Windows (firewall, updates etc.)

Stulle, I know it is not as easy as copy and paste, BUT, I was wondering if it was doable and easy enough for a newbie programmer to add to the current 0.60d a couple of the features present in some of the mods based on 0.50a (i.e ClientAnalyzer, Slot Focus, Funny Nick) or if it requires extensive knowledge and testing). I know you said you were not going to work on your mods anymore, my question is if I could just update one of the old mods for personal use even though I only have old high school programming skills.
Thanks a lot.
