Hello, i have problems with my ID on emule, i tried to enable the port fowarding on the router, but without sucess. I tried to disable my firewall but nothing too.. When I try to test my ports on emule it say "TCP test failed! UDP test will not be performed". I tried it with TCP 4662 and UDP 4672. Im using Windows 7 64bit.

btw. i tried this manual http://portforward.c...520GC/eMule.htm

Could you connect computer directly without the router and check if you get high ID?

have you forwarded the Ports in the Windwos Firewall? If you are connection without the router, go to start, type cmd and then press enter. Then type ipconfig. Then you see you IP adresses. You have to look for the network adpater you are using, for example Ethernet oer Wireless. Then you see the IP Adress of your PC. Is it something like 192.168.xxx.xxxx or 172.16.xxx.xxx or 10.xxx.xxx.xxx, then your are definetely using a router.. Then you need to forward the Ports at the router to the computer(you can find the IP with cmd and ipconfig).
For Example you are using 4662 for Servers and 4672 for Kad
Then forward the Ports 4662 and the 4672 Port to the Port 4662 to the IP adress shown in cmd and the same with the Port 4672.

Yes I allowed the ports in FW. If you mean that. Im using a router, and I did the port foward in the router too. With the IP from the cmd. Couldnt be the problem that I have no public IP?

What kind of IP you have when connecting directly (without router)?
As said above, if it is like 192.168.xxx.xxxx or 172.16.xxx.xxx or 10.xxx.xxx.xxx - there is another routing device which is beyond your control.

Maybe you can, but that is not important right now.

Your pictures show LAN side configuration.
But you need to check what IPs you have in router's setting for WAN connection - that is how router connects to the ISP.
Quite possible it is still 10.*.

I checked it, its on Automatic.. Should I set to static with the IP from the CMD?

Check the WAN ip in status & log.
INCONCEIVABLE! - You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

That local IP means you are behind ISP's routing device.

The options for getting high ID (none for free, I'm afraid).
1. Your ISP could give public IP
2, Change ISP
3. Use VPN

Sorry, I never used VPN for eMule, but there were topics on the subject in the forum.
Please use search function or ask other people.
