Hello, I am sorry, but I cannot speak your language; I hope you will understand it all, please do not skip any step and read my message carefully.

You have an outdated servers list, fix your options and update the servers list itself.
In eMule Options - Server, be sure options number 4, 5 and 7 are checked, remove all other checkmarks.
So options that have to be checked are only: Use smart LowID check on connect, Safe Connect and Use priority system.
In Servers click on a server and use Ctrl and A to select all servers, choose, if possibile, Remove From Static List; rightclick on a server and choose Remove All Servers.
In Update server.met from URL paste one of the following (or all if you like):

http://shortypower.org/server.met
http://gruk.org/server.met.gz
http://serveurs.emule-french.org
http://upd.emule-security.org/server.met
http://peerates.net/servers.php
http://update.adunanza.net/servers.met

and hit Update.
Rightclick on PeerBooter and choose Priority - Low, repeat for PEERATES.NET, click Disconnect and then Connect.

Hello Zangune,
I live in The Metherlands so dutch is my language.
I'll try some english :
eMule is OK again. Thanks to you.
The trouble started when I had to reinstall Windows 7.
There's only one thing I didn't get OK.
It's your last sentence :
I changed the priority of Peerboter and peerates to low.
The I must disconnect and connect.
How do I do that ?
Have a nice weekend in ...... ?

In the server tab at top-right corner, over "new server" entries, there is a button: connect, if emule isn't connected to a server, disconnect, if emule is connected to a server.
INCONCEIVABLE! - You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.
