There is no "upload with Kad", there is only "peer communication with Kad". See UploadQueue and UploadClient for the rest.

Ok and what about the upload with servers?
I think that when emule gets files with kad, they upload them with kad and also with servers as usual... is correct? :/

Servers and KAD only provide information who has files.
For upload and download peers have to contact each other directly, which is implied by the term "peer to peer" or p2p.

Ok so with kad, for example, peer1 finds a file in peer2, then peer1 asks peer2 to send him the requested file. At this point peer2 starts the upload to peer1. Is correct? If yes, I need to find the files where the upload is implemented or, if you prefer, the files where the p2p connection is implemented.
I'm sorry for my english because is not perfect but I hope to be clear enough
