Can't Login To Kad

Hi!
My problem is that I cant login to Kad. I have the exception in the Windows firewall, I've tried disabling my antivirus (Avast), and I've made the things said in the tutorial.

In case you need to know I have Windows 7.

You probably need to open ports on your router, click here read and then click here
