135.138.000.000 - 135.180.255.255 , 000 , AT&T Bell Laboratories, Lucent Technologies, Agere Systems, Inc, AVAYA Communication

in which the range 135.180.0.0/16 (AS46375 Sonic Telecom LLC), was wrongfully included.

I believe Andrey changed this later on 21/06/23 - please download latest version

I have been finding many of eMule releasers are being blocked by the IP Range 158.140.000.000 - 158.140.255.255 , 000 , Cadence Design since June, can this be looked into if this is a valid range to block?

As pointed out it is blocking 158.140.234.196 wrongfully.

Is this a good topic to report possible wrong blocks? Sometimes I check myself if the blocks are correct and I'd like to contribute.

They are a few ranges by RIPE but cover the above range.

Now they are blocked by several reasons descriptions that don't seem to be accurate to date.

Excluded from filtering in ipfilter version 1867 this and other providers mentioned in the topic.

I found the first but the later is because it is on the same [outdated now] blocked range: 194.049.008.000 - 194.049.015.255 , 000 , Regierungspraesidium Stuttgart
