Hey guys,

after I have finished readying the code for VS2005 and probably also VS2008 I have decided to release my sources at last. You will notice my sources ease merging a whole damn lot and to achieve that I had to spend long hours reworking the whole code back when I merged it to 0.49a. Apparently, it worked out well as I was able to merge the code probably twice or thrice as fast when 0.49b as I would have been able using the Xmans original style. Big thanks also to the other MorphXT staff who made changes in the code I used to get this code ready for a new development suite.
As the Xtreme mod is not subject to change for me most changes have been done by zz_fly. However, I used my own merge, compared it to his to prevent errors to slip in and used some of his ideas. Well, anyhow, this is source only. I do not want any pointless discussion on my motives and will restrict that if neccessary.
When you use this code, pay proper respect!

Changelog:
Xtreme 7.0
* this version is modded by Stulle
- updated to 0.49b codebase
- updated crypto lib to 5.5.2
- change: make code VS 2005 and VS 2008 ready (MorphXT)
- fixed: corrupted BarShaderInfo (fafner)
- fixed: improper English (ginger)
- remove: Drop Win95 support (for VS2008 compatibility) (MorphXT)
Changes by zz_fly:

- add: safehash: installation dir unsharing (MorphXT)

you can release any files. but reserved release-slot only work for completed files.
- change: UPnP Internal Search: send more request
- fixed: stop rehashing of files with foreign language name (Borschtsch)
- fixed: avoid deadlock when disable network adapter
- remove: Fix Connection Collision (no more needed in .49b codebase)
- remove: always call setLinked_client (no more needed in .49b codebase)
- remove: improved socket closing, it would cause high memory usage (thanks Enig123)

PS: Please do not start spreading this widely as there already is zz_fly's version and this is src-only!

No, there will not be a new version of my mods. No, I do not want your PM. No, I am certain, use the board and quit sending PMs. No, I am not kidding, there will not be a new version of my mods just because of YOU asking for it!

Could you please list the binary files together with the source files?

To be honest, the new Xtreme 7.0 released on 28 Sep is showing no better file-sharing experience than that with Xman's 6.1, at least for a non-professional like me. I could never understand the specific programming techniques used by emule moders, but the truth is that upload and download speed are both quite unstable under Xtreme 7.0 compared with 6.1.

So, if you could provide the already built bin files for downloading :worthy: , maybe the Stulle's Edition of Xtreme 7.0 is the version we need.

the point is, that with a bin build out of this src you will not get other results....so why should stulle waste his time for nothing?

well, i am not exactly certain about that. like i said, this is not exactly just another edit of zz_fly's sources. anyway, i made it src-only and so be it.

Hi to all!

I'm trying to compile the sources but, I obtain problems with the compiler. I used VS2005 Professional and I opened the emule80.sln to compile the release. I obtain some error lines of the compiler:

C:\Archivos de programa\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\VC\atlmfc\include\atlcomcli.h(148) : fatal error C1001: Error interno en el compilador.
Archivo del compilador 'msc1.cpp', línea 1393

Any idea of what it happen?

i suppose your installation is broken. reinstall VS05 and VS05 SP1 again. i just rechecked the package and it is just fine. exactly the same as the one i got working here.
