We don't support catalan on our homepage, do we (well i'm pretty sure, but maybe i misinterpret a flag :) )? In this case, you cannot translate the onlinehelp to catalan, sorry.

Edit: Ok, i checked our language table and it seems we indeed do have catalan. In this case you can start translating the onlinehelp by going into the english onlinehelp and click the "Translate this topic" link on the bottom of the topic you want to transalte. As soon as enough topics have been translated to make it a valueable addition to the help, i can activate the helpsection for this language. I would suggest to start with the Preferences and GUI category if you are really up to the work :)

Thanks and bye.

Hello Some Support,
I am the offical translater of emule and also translator of available part of the help. I want to continue to translate help seriously but I saw in submit field of turkish section there are lots of titles which some are spam or not. So for this reason my updates and changes were not applied which I submitted before. I want from you that can you give me the moderator permission for turkish help part to make changes and add new translations immediately? Or how can you help me efficiently? Thanks

As i wrote in the topics already, due to the spam i cannot verify topics within time. If you change a topic and want it updated, write it into the topic for your language (if your language doesn't has a thread yet, which is true for most of them right now, put it into this thread) and i will update your topic. When i see that you wrote several usefull topics, you might get moderator access for your language so you can verify them yourself.

Hi Some Support,
Good day to you :)
I would like to ask on how to be a Filipino translator. I can translate Cebuano and/or Tagalog language(s). I'm from Philippines by the way. It would be a great pleasure to be a part of emule as a translator. I could also be of any help as long as i know and have knowledge on it

Thanks and more power :+1:

Thanks for your offer, but i don't think we have those as language on the homepage (?). If not then a translation of the onlinehelp for those is not possible at this time, sorry.

Thanks, I have checked yor two topics and verified them - they are visisble on the website now. There were some errors, like using the wrong category or adding a translation for an already existing topic but that has been fixed. It would be nice however to use italian screenshots, they can easily be uploaded through the interface. Anyway, as soon as i get to create an topic for the italian onlinehelp (like the ones for german and spanish), it should be easier to overview which topcis are out of date and you will have a direct link to edit them.

The direct link to edit topics is put into the italian help thread you probably saw already. You don't have to send me screenshots, you upload them directly in the edit interface. there are three fields to upload images on the bottom, so you just select your local file and upload it. In the html code you put it in this way: instead of <img src="http://yoururl.com"> you use <img src="[IMAGE1]">, while [IMAGE1] is used for the first image, [IMAGE2] for the second and [IMAGE3] for the third.

I have sent my translations of some topics of the Onlinehelp from English into Russian to you by the same way. However they are published without my screenshots. I have no doubt: the published translations is mine. Why are my screenshots absent? What did I do wrong?

Which topic(s) do you mean? When did you transmit your translation?
Also did you see your screenshots properly in your preview?

I mean "Окно файлов (The Shared Files Window)" and "Окно передач (The Transfers Window)". I did not see my screenshots in my preview. I have sent "Окно поиска (The Search Window)" in the morning. And I did not see my screenshot anew.

I have looked into the topic and it appears you may have misunderstand the procedure:

The is the image link in your topic:
  <img height="434" alt="Search Window" src=
  "C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/Admin/%D0%9C%D0%BE%D0%B8%20%D0%B4%D0%BE
%D0%BA%D1%83%D0%BC%D0%B5%D0%BD%D1%82%D1%8B/%D0%9C%D0%BE%D0%B8%20%D1%80%D0%B8%D1%81%D1%83%D0%BD%D0%BA%D0%B8/Search%20window.png"
  border="0" width="600">

so the proper code should look like:
<img height="434" alt="Search Window" src="[IMAGE1]" border="0" width="600">

You are supposed to put your local path into one of the boxes below and then into the html code put "[IMAGE1]" as path. The interface will then upload your image and replace the "[IMAGE1]" with its actual path to the uploaded image on the server.

In any case: I have seen that you commited some topics which is great :) Thanks for your work. It is however important that you post here whenever you have finished a topic so i can verify it, otherwise it might stay in the verify queue for a long time (because of the massive spam and misuse there is a queue of several thousends topics and i don't have the time to check them all for valid ones).
For the topic "Beginner's Guide" you forgot to translate the title, please post a translation of the title here so i can fix it.
