I found my connection is definitely un-utilized. I wanted to increase the upload speed (currently only 200k/s) and number of upload (currently only 40 peers as seen in emule), but after searching for one mod to do this, still unable to do so. Any good mod suggested? Thank you very much.

Any mod based on ZZUL has good upload speed. And teh use of slotfocus is great for distributing complete chunk faster.
Have a try to it.
The problem is not the client, it's the user

The best upload capabilities provides generaly mods with Pawcio BC.
When you want to upload per one slot more then 500 kb/s you need also the obtion to increase the send socket buffer size.
Pawcio BC have also slot focus and many other nice tweaks.
As far as I know the only mod with Pawcio BC and adjustable socket buffer is the Neo Mule

I think Xtreme had this(>200k/s upload), but not sure.
This is planned for SF-IOM, but not implemented in current test versions.
No plans for support from ZZUL are known at this point.

This is not unique to P-BC, but currently only P-BC mods are known to implement the measures necessary. You basically need the ability to set socket buffer size, and ignore socket busy state.
Why haven't you clicked yet?

with xtreme you can set your slotspeed (range 1.5 - 10.0 kbs) and adjust the socket-buffer... fruthermore it has an exact overhead calculation... give it a try ;)

MorphXT (and derivated Mod like Stulle or Cyrex since 7.3-7.4) have a good rebuilded management of number of slot...

Exemple: original UPLOAD line = 50ko/s (512kb/s), global number of slot required by MorphXT = 2 to 5 max. In normally time, 1 or 2 slot are required to fill the upload bandwidth.
