or
ed2k://|file|<file name>|<file size>|<file hash >|/|sources,<IP:port>|/
example:
ed2k://|file|blah.bla|123|fakec962505171342a6088e1463ca778|/|sources,123.123.123.123:123|/
But how do you include more than one ed2k source?
