I recently encountered this behaviour using the official .46c

It was nearly 2 weeks ago so I can't remember the details exactly, but one of the first 2 upload slots was an emule plus (?) client. (I usually use Morph, so can't remember if I saw emule compat in the client details or just in the user name  )

This continued until the emule compat client finished their download. Immediately after the emule compat left its slot, so did one of the other 0kB/s clients, and the upload returned to normal - 4 slots opened and upload speed returned to 20kB/s. I'm a long term user, and my upload is usually rock steady at 20kB/s.

I thought it was just one of those quirky evenings, and I've never noticed this when previously uploading to emule compats, but this week, I heard a Morph user experienced the same behaviour.
Are we nearly there yet?

i had the same thing :o .

only i am using morph(7.4), and it started because of a "eplus" client

the second the eplus client started downloading from me, my uploadspeed dropped from 220kB/s to 665Bytes/s  .

then i deleted the file he was downloading from me ( ) and the upload went straight to 220kB/s again.

Interesting. I have seen such behaviour on my graphs before - in fact it was doing just that 30mins ago. Straight line - low/fluctuates, then back to straight line. I have always assumed it was ISP related.
Next time it happens I will try and watch the UL slots.
