Yes, it was.

By the way, there are also problems with upload speed even when NAFC is completely disabled. After no more than 10 hours of work, Neo drops the upload speed to a minimum. According to statistics, this happens because of a great decrease of number of connections. This is 4.01 bug, 4.00 was uploading okay (btw, 4.00 had dl problems solved in 4.01... ;) )

I had described some more problems on eselfarm (english section).

p.s. when do you plan to release new version?

p.p.s. sorry for my baaad english...

For some reasons next files won't resume after upgrading to 4.01.

I have the following settings:
Normal -> Files -> 'Start next paused file when a file completes' and 'Only in same category' are checked
Neo -> GUI Settings -> SCC -> 'Auto Priority' is checked

Clean install didn't help.

What setting am I possibly missing?

I think i may find a simple solution to the nafc problem mentioned above.

check include overhead, include ack packets and include connection overhead .
increase max reserved slot from 2 to 8
then it runs correctly
:P

by the way,can you consider adding powershare in next version? It is helpful to releaser. :xgrin:

Try this.

Not complete and not always right (Tuxman knows about it but can't find the password) but a good start.

Greats

I tested this for my self and for me it works,
Ill do more testing soon.
What us important is that the files must be paused not stopped, note that after a restart all paused files become automaticly stoped.
Does it work with a clean install?
When yoes that it occures only on come configurations and then it would be realy helpfull when you would send me your preferences ini.

Maybe it could be useful if they will not become? This auto-switching of files state from paused to stopped is unuseful. Let me explain.

We've installed eMule on remote server. We've added 500-700 files to dl queue. Ve've paused 95% of them. We've switched on the 'Start next paused file when a file completes' setting. We've left the server for two weeks. Then we look there... and see that those 5% unpaused files are complete, but all files which we have paused are stopped now because our server has been auto-restarted because of Windows Update a day after we have added those files to dl queue...

Files will switch from Paused to Stopped not only after restart but after some period of time. This is a common thing and i've never had any problems before neither with Neo, nor with other mods and the original eMule. After a file was completed in the category, the next one Stopped (in the list, alphabetically or in LP order) would start downloading.
I won't agree about "files must be paused not stopped" - eMule always resumes the Stopped ones!

I'm not sure when it stopped resuming (wasn't donwloading/testing much with a couple of latest builds). But with most RCs the problem did not exist - that's for sure!

Also, I'm not really sure if it's Neo or original eMule related issue. But since noone has reported it in other forum categories, something told me to go here and ask David :)

And, yes, I did test it with a clean install (as stated earlier).

If you changed something in the code that stopped resuming next Paused or Stopped files, I would really appreciate, if you review that. :)

But may we ask you to change the code in order to resolve this problem?

There are two possible solutions:
(1) don't automatically change the status from paused to stopped in any case (so the paused will always resume);
(2) resume not only paused, but even stopped files.

I think the first solution is better...

Just out of curiosity, I see quite some Neo Mule 4.1 in my stats but only 4.01 seems to be released, are those betatesters or is someone faking?
