Just 1 q:
Only 'emule.exe'?
K, 2:
What's the rest good for?
Thx!

Like the webinterface templates can change and old versions can not simply be used.
Actually, the most simple way is using the installer, just install it over. The old configuration and settings are kept!

What about all the other files that have been updated, for ex. lang/*.dll, Template.eMuleSkin.ini, webserver/filetype_emulecollection.gif, config/webservices.dat?
They have a newer filedate, so aren't they needed (on update)?
Maybe the correct q is:
If there are files that have been modified since my last update, don't i need to update them too?
Thx!

Shouldn't that info be reflected in the installation section of the readme file 'Updating from an earlier version of eMule'?
Just appeared 2 me, i might be a docu freak...

Since i've installed the new 0.46b, emule links in web sites don't work anymore
And when i go to the general options to reassign the ED2K links, i can't because this feature is already activated (grey)
Sorry for my english ^^

Seven for the Dwarf-lords in their halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Men doomed to die,
One for the Dark Lord on his dark throne
In the Land of Mordor where the Shadows lie.
One Ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them,
One Ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them
In the Land of Mordor where the Shadows lie.

My speed's still crappy though, I was speeding along at over 100kbs yesterday on Emule44D, and now its struggling to top 12kbs!
edit: eh, f*** it I've gone back to 44D and my speed's back to normal. See, this is why I dont update often!

I like the look of the latest release, feels good to navigate around, but my speeds were just lame, no matter what settings I changed, so oh well!
