On the RT Webpage i saw a new release of RT Mod, but there is no englisch changlog. I only found a taiwanese one:

請注意安裝目錄以後都會用 eMuleRT
所以請把舊的 eMuleKad 改成 eMuleRT 再安裝

For me, it is hard to translate changelog in english,
and mission impossible that translate changelog in Italian.
