Bumping Updated Releses How To?

Hi,

As it is recommended to just update the existing release when new version comes out I would like to know how to bump the updated release so that it gets to the top.

Is there any switch or some special procedure? Do I have to mail/message anyone?

Updated releases are bumped by the Admin/Moderator, who verifies the updated release.

If this should be forgotten, a PM should do the trick. But really only in those rare cases. :)
