And those are not to be changed or moved or anything. Only the clear word shall be translated.
Thats particular example is used in the http-download dialog to display something like
"23kb from 83kb" ...
Often (or at least sometimes), the string identifier (here IDS_HTTPDOWNLOAD_FILESTATUS ) can give a clue on the usage of that string ressource.
