there is an israely site that took the original emule, made changes in it and said that he made all the emule by himself (he took credit for the hall emule).
now i heared that becuze of that every israely emule user will not be able to download from emule very soon cuz all the israely emule users ips r going to be filtered or something like that.
is that true?
and im sorry for the spelling mistakes

Well the official client will NEVER block an entire country. The mod you are referring to has been added to a block list within eMule but that's all that is going to happen as far as I know. It's not like every Israeli is a bad leecher just because one community is using a bad mod.
I cannot deny tho that some users might have added the entire israeli ip range to their ipfilter tho. There isn't much you can do about that really. But doing that is kind of stupid because it also blocks all the genuine users who might be releasing stuff etc.

i was scared it'll actially happen!!!
thnx for clearing that out....i already switched to something else before all this began...i rather use other mods.
that mod wasn't that fast anyway!!!lol

i really thought i will be blocked by all the non israeli users in the near futur
im using emule for 2 years now, have a credit of 50MB. too bad if all of it will gone for nothing.

Others community members from Israel should not suffer from the actions of some group who used the mentioned leecher mod.
