Sure even this one posted by Meuh6879 may have it's problems. We all know that Anti P2P companys don't always use static IP's or they may even use Proxys, after all they also know about this kind of IPFilters.
But nonetheless it does filter a lot of crap clients and servers that pollute P2P, and I trust the work done in this IPFilter.
