Hi,
I used to used emule-security server a lot, but from around 1 year ago i can not connect. I can connect to anyone with high-ID but not to emule-security server. I hace movistar with fixed ip address. Recently we have a second internet provider, Orange, with this one i can connect to emule-security server with high-id with no problem. Is there anyway i can check if my movistar fixed ip has been blocked ?
Many thanks in advanced. (note that movistar is 10 times faster than orange connection, that is why y want to connect using movistar like i used to do before)

Finally i sent email to somebody at emulesecurity and my ip has been unblock after 1 year...
