Hi, if a low id asking a file can get to the top of my queue within 60 seconds (70?) it will get new upload slot, but after this time window it will only get a new upload slot after 29 mins.
Is the time window of 60 or 70 seconds something that I (the uploader) can extend? Or is it something the low id (downloader) can extend?
If yes, can you tell me which settings to tweak wheter I'm the high id uploader or the low id downloader?
